How do I pay Cash on Delivery (COD)?
In cases where multiple items are ordered, typically we ship all the items in one package. The payment for the order will always be in full at the time of delivery. Customers will be notified in case of any exceptions, and payments will be adjusted accordingly.
How long does it takes to receive the parcel within pakistan?
Usually it takes 3 to 4 days to deliver the parcel after the dispatch, however to some remote areas, the courier might take a little longer than that.
Can I open the parcel and see before I pay to the courier guy?
Sure, there has been no restriction by us however the courier might not allow this, as many of them have strict policy, the reason being, incases of returns if the packaging is open, it might be claimed by the sender and they might need to refurbish the amount of the parcel, this is therefore in their interest to deliver the parcel in sound conditions.
Do you deliver outside of Pakistan?
Yes we do deliver outside of Pakistan. For this the customer might need to contact us through messenger or whatsapp whichever is easier, and we will be able to assist on their orders.
Do you provide stitching services?
We do not have stitching facility with us, however we can facilitate this by arranging stitching from third party, in this case your complete stitched order will be arranged by us within the framework of the company policies
Are these dresses displayed on your website or other social platforms originals?
Yes! We only deals in originals. Our collections are all top brands.
Can I create product variations like Colors, Modifications, Custom Design and so on?
Since we do not fabricate, product variations if available it will be mentioned in the catalogue. usually each design is available in its own color and we do not make or facilitate custom changes to it.
Can you tell a little bit about your business?
We are a clothing studio that is called “VOGUE”, we work on same principle as “sanaulla store” or “alkarim fabrics”
Do you have a shop?
We are only e-store based in Karachi, Pakistan.

What if the product I received is faulty (Damaged OR Not what I ordered)
In the rare case that the product you received is damaged, incomplete or wrong we apologize for the inconvenience. We try to make sure that each order is correctly placed to every customer. However, should you find yourself in such a situation you can simply contact us email@example.com or at whatsapp/call us at +92 336 3751418 and add the missing piece, replace or exchange the product for something else. You can also get online store credit.
CAN I GET CASH REFUND INSTEAD?
on case to case basis, usually we do not offer any cash refunds. We do offer online store credit or the chance to exchange your product for another, depending on the situation.
